I work with people at moments when something essential is shifting.

Often, it looks like a change in work, relationship, or direction. Just as often, it shows up through money — how much feels like enough, what feels safe, or what no longer fits.

My work lives at the intersection of identity, transition, and money. I help people slow down at these thresholds, listen more carefully to what’s happening inside, and make decisions that are grounded in self-leadership rather than fear or momentum.

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate framework that understands humans as made up of many parts. Each of these parts have their own history, intelligence, and protective role. Rather than trying to override or fix ourselves, the work is about learning to lead from a steadier, more integrated place.

I’m also a certified Profit First Professional and have fallen in love with this foundational methodology for it’s ability to create financial clarity, momentum and ease.

I don’t believe most people are stuck because they lack information or discipline. More often, they’re navigating an in-between season without the language, support, or space it requires.

My work creates that space for people who are renegotiating who they are, how they relate to resources, and what kind of life they’re actually building.
