There are a lot of things that I love. Romance. Speedwalking. Tennis. Drama. (most of the above at the behest of my husband)

And one of those things is Real Estate. I first discovered this love as a child whose parents would take us for Sunday drives through the hilltop neighborhoods of our hometown, marveling at the mysterious and expansive. Vaulted ceilings, sprawling wings and picture windows would catch my eye. Of course, at that time, I didn’t know what Real Estate was. I just knew that I loved, well, homes.

As a young adult, I spent years in the service industry, which established a strong sense of excellence and personal interaction in client care. My focus has always been on building my business through relationships. This led me into the mortgage industry, where I felt my affinity for the more technical side of business would complement my proven people skills. This experience, followed by over a year as the Executive Director of a Construction and Development company here in Portland, have greatly shaped the skills and knowledge that I offer to my clients. As a result, I am fortunate to possess more than a “cursory” understanding of some of the counterparts to our real estate world, including mortgage financing, accounting, and construction.

These skills continually prove to be invaluable assets to my clients and their real estate pursuits. One of the things I truly love about the Real Estate industry is that it always forces me to grow, learn more, and challenge my limits. I am constantly learning new things and new ways to provide value and excellent care to my clients.

My husband and I live in SE Portland, and we love our neighborhood and all that the Portland Area has to offer. We frequent the Columbia Gorge, Forest Park, Mt. Tabor, The Pearl, Hawthorne District and anything McMenamins. We wouldn’t live anywhere else in the world, and wouldn’t trade Happy Hour for all the promises of riches and fame. Helping people achieve their Real Estate dreams in this City is a true pleasure!

I am passionate about Real Estate because there are people involved, and because I believe that wise and timely investment can be one of the most rewarding decisions a person can make. And, well, it’s fun.
