I am very excited to finally be accomplishing the goal of getting this site to a place where my clients can really use it as a resource! Between the significant increase in business that 2009 has brought and the craziness of preparing to welcome our son into the world, it’s very easy for things (even things as important as this) to be relegated to the back burner!

Thanks in advance to my talented husband for his hard work to make this site come alive, and through it, my passion for education and empowerment. You can expect this to be a place where you can find up-to-date information on the latest things going on in real estate, from national news to local trends. You can also expect to encounter my enthusiasm for investment, distaste for hype, and hopefully a well-balanced and researched take on this world that affects us all – real estate.
